Simply put, as we get older our metabolism slows down and so does our skin’s capacity to regenerate healthy skin cells. There are a number of impurities we encounter in everyday life that attack our skin cells such as pollution, the sun or the wind and cold weather. As we get older, our cells metabolism are slower to attack these impurities resulting in fine lines and wrinkles. It also results in sagginess, deflated and thinner, looser skin.

Micro-needling is considered safe for most people who are in overall good health. The procedure may not be safe for people who use certain Acne medications, those with severe Acne or those with moderate to severe Psoriasis or Eczema, which is why a consultation prior to treatment.

A treatment will last for 30 mins but first we need to fill in a client form to establish your areas of concerns, a medical form needs to be completed prior to your treatment so appointment time will be 1hr 15 mins.
Included in the treatment cost is a simple but effective cleanser & moisturiser to use for two weeks that doesn't contain any AHA's (alpha hydroxy acids) to keep your skin chemical free during the healing process and maximises the benefits of the treatment.

The procedure is gentle but effective.
The downtime is minimal but differs from person to person as everyone's different. You may experience slight flushing, this should go down within 48 hrs so don't have a treatment on a Friday if you are going out on a Friday night. You won't be able to wear make up (foundation) for 72 hours.
