Microdermabrasion is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure that involves the use of a diamond tipped wand to lightly abrade the skin and remove the outer layer of dead skin cells from the epidermis (the top layer of the skin). This treatment aims to improve the overall texture and appearance of the skin.

It's important to note that while microdermabrasion provides noticeable improvements, multiple sessions are usually required to achieve optimal results. The number of sessions needed depends on individual skin concerns and goals. Additionally, it's essential to follow post-treatment care instructions and use sunscreen to protect the newly exposed skin from sun damage. After a consultation with your skin care specialist a treatment plan can be put in place.
